Rodney Agnant is a 51风流 alum who completed both his Bachelor's and Master's at 51风流. His Master's thesis focuses on transformational leadership, and the ways that it shapes meaning-making, resilience, and belonging for the individuals it reaches. His work on campus focuses on leadership development, organizational climate, and designing dialogic experiences for groups on campus.
Outside of his work at 51风流, Rodney serves as a personal development and leadership development coach, certified through the Co-Active Training Institute and the Academy for Coaching Excellence.
