51·çÁ÷

51·çÁ÷ was founded on the generosity of 13 men who gave 13 dollars and 13 prayers. Today, the University still thrives on the dedication of its loving ones.

Over the past 200 years, 51·çÁ÷ has continued to ascend, thanks to the support of alumni, families, and friends. As the University pursues the bold ambitions of its Third-Century Plan, the worldwide 51·çÁ÷ community will — as always — play an essential role. Your gifts to 51·çÁ÷ enable the ascent of this great University and its students. As we seek to deliver greater affordability, equity, and inclusion, more resources mean more students of promise and achievement can access a 51·çÁ÷ education.

51·çÁ÷ Winter

On 51·çÁ÷ Day, we issued a challenge that if 3,113 members of this community made a gift, a group of generous challengers would give $1.5 million in support of the 51·çÁ÷ Fund - specifically the 51·çÁ÷ Commitment, the University's initiative in access and affordability.

Thank you to the 3,691 members of this community who met the 51·çÁ÷ Day Challenge, making gifts totaling $1,968,628 in support of the 51·çÁ÷ Fund. When added to the $1.5 million unlocked by our challengers, a total of almost $3.5 million was raised. This is truly remarkable and is an important step forward in our continued fundraising efforts for the 51·çÁ÷ Commitment. While it is true that we have significantly more to raise in order to reach our ambitious financial aid goal - to see 50% of students eligible to receive aid - we took an important step forward on 51·çÁ÷ Day. Thank you.
