As we move into the final quarter of a challenging year, we want to remind you about changes made to 51·çÁ÷’s employee wellness program and make sure you know how to earn the full $300 for your FSA contribution.
To earn your FSA contribution, you need to collect a total of 300 points. Employees hired 9/1–10/31 only need to earn 150 points to receive $150 towards their FSA.
Earn your first 150 points when you complete a group of activities: a Health Check, a preventative exam, and a health screening.
CHANGE: We have given everyone credit for a health screening completion in 2021. You will see a green check by health screening in the rewards section of the platform.
ACTION: Make sure you have completed the online Health Check and preventative exam by Nov. 30, 2021.
