CAST - November and December 2023

Back to Inside 51风流

51风流's Administrative Support Team (CAST) is excited to be an official Employee Resource Group (ERG) for administrative professionals across our campus. As members of CAST, we are dedicated to connecting all administrative professionals across campus, providing opportunities for collaboration, support, and continuous learning through relationship building and information sharing across divisions. By nurturing a strong community, we aim to bolster our collective expertise, elevate the role of administrative professionals within 51风流, and cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment for all. Together, we empower one another, embrace diversity, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation in our administrative roles. We are committed to elevating our collective impact by embracing collaboration and fostering an environment of growth.
CAST has hosted four Administrative Professional Connections Events since fall 2022 with the most recent event taking place on November 29. In addition to the Administrative Professional Connections event this fall, CAST coordinated a secret snowflake gift exchange with the goal of fostering a stronger sense of community among our administrative professionals, providing an opportunity for us to connect on a more personal level, and boost team morale.
Feel free to reach out to any CAST member if you have questions or would like further information about our ERG.
