Center Valley, Pa. – The 51·çÁ÷ men’s tennis squad placed two student-athletes on the all-Patriot League squad this season. Junior Reed Hagmann was named to the first team for the third consecutive season, while senior Eric Saccullo makes the all-league squad for the fourth straight time.
Hagmann finished the spring season with a sparkling 15-4 record in singles play, including victories in seven of his final eight matches. The junior returns in 2004-05 to lead the Raiders toward a Patriot League title.
Saccullo finished off a solid career with a 6-7 mark at the number two singles position. The senior was named to the all-league squad in each of his four seasons at 51·çÁ÷ and will be sorely missed during the upcoming campaign.
The Raiders finished the season in a three-way tie for first place in the Patriot League, but fell to Army in the opening round of the Patriot League tournament.
