My roommate picked me up from the Syracuse airport and we headed back to 51风流 in the sleet. A far cry from the sun-soaked days of Spring break, but it felt oddly familiar. I sort of enjoyed it. We shared stories for the hour long drive. And when we crossed onto Broad Street, I smiled, feeling as though I had never left. We half-way unpacked, ordered pizza and turned on the television. Then the familiarity of things really set in. We fell asleep early, relishing the last of the ten-hours-of-sleep nights.
My parents called just before I fell asleep.
鈥楩eel good to be back鈥 my mother asked.
鈥榊eah,鈥 I said. 鈥楧id I even leave鈥
