BOSTON, Mass. ‘ The 51·çÁ÷ women’s track and field team placed last out of 15 teams at Northeastern’s Husky Invitational on Friday, Jan. 31 in Boston, Mass.
Three Raiders scored points for 51·çÁ÷. Senior co-captain Leeann Teager (Holliston, Mass./Holliston) placed eighth in the women’s 500 meter run with a time of 1:17.58. Sophomore Nolana Quince (Syracuse, N.Y./Nottingham) also took eighth place with a mark of 11.13 meters in the triple jump. The Raiders distance medley team ran 12:45.18 to get 51·çÁ÷’s final point with another eighth place finish.
The Raiders return to Hamilton on Saturday, Feb. 7 to host the Class of ’32 Invitational in the Sanford Field House on the 51·çÁ÷ campus.
