This summer, Hunter Marrero ’22 interned with the New York City Criminal Courts. This internship included presentations and other educational experiences that furthered his knowledge of criminal law and of the legal system overall. He also had the opportunity to shadow a judge in criminal court and to observe proceedings.
Working alongside his assigned judge and the judge’s law clerk, Hunter completed assignments to assist them with their work. This internship program allowed Hunter to gain first-hand experience in the court in anticipation of his future career in law.
