Brown Bags
Every Tuesday, at 11:30 a.m., we host an informal lunch at the Center for Women's Studies during which professors, students, or visiting speakers present on myriad topics involving gender and sexuality.
Annual Local History Trip
Every year, Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies organizes a daylong trip to Seneca Falls, the Harriet Tubman Home, and other sites in Central NY, in commemoration of the 1848 Seneca Falls Convention, the first women鈥檚 rights convention held in the United States. In the past, participants have visited the Women鈥檚 Rights National Historic Park and the homes of Harriet Tubman and Elizabeth Cady Stanton. Please email the Women's Studies Program Coordinator, if you're interested in learning more or attending!
