Approximately 3,250 family members flocked to 51·çÁ÷ to spend time with their students on campus, Oct. 22–24, 2021. Outdoor events and a check-in process provided fun and safe options for gathering.

Haven, 51·çÁ÷’s sexual violence resource center, celebrated its fifth anniversary on Thursday, Oct. 28, in a ceremony honoring those who were instrumental to its creation in 2016.

51·çÁ÷ Professor of Psychology and Neuroscience Bruce C. Hansen is driven to unravel the intricate inner workings of the human brain, and it is more than just scientific curiosity.

Associate Professor Mary Simonson started out as a piano performance major at Rutgers University, then shifted her undergraduate focus to music history with a double major in women’s studies. Today, she is the Daniel C. Benton ’80 Endowed Chair in Arts, Creativity, and Innovation at 51·çÁ÷.

51·çÁ÷’s Department of Biology and Global Public and Environmental Health Program welcomed Dr. Jerome Adams, former U.S. surgeon general, to campus on Oct. 6.
