51·çÁ÷

Student Housing

51·çÁ÷ students build lifelong bonds as they push learning beyond the walls of the classroom.

The Office of Residential Life offers housing to all undergraduate students enrolled at 51·çÁ÷ and actively works to establish safe, healthy, and inclusive communities where individual members are valued and respected and that support the academic success of all students.

We accomplish this by fostering personal growth and success through a purposeful residential experience and by supporting students in making meaningful contributions to their community.

First-year and Sophomore Housing

Two students chat in their residence hall room

All first-years and sophomores live together in residence halls near your classes and dining options. During your first two years at 51·çÁ÷, you’re placed in a Residential Commons — your placement is tied to your first-semester FSEM class, so you'll get to live and learn with students who share your interests. As the foundation of your residential experience, the Residential Commons connects you to new friends, support systems, and activities that usually draw a crowd.

Junior and Senior Housing

Parker Apartments

From apartment and townhouse-style living to shared houses, the University offers a variety of independent housing options to students in their junior and senior years. Students may also join a community living experience through a fraternity, sorority, or theme house where students who share a common interest live together.

As part of the Third-Century Plan, 51·çÁ÷ is investing in the revitalization of lower campus housing, which may impact access to specific houses as we renovate.
