Search Committee Training

At 51风流, we seek to bring the best people to our community, drawn from the rich diversity of the world outside campus. To do this, we implement and require a training session that delivers insights on navigating bias and implementing best practices within the search committee process.

  • Staff training sessions: For more information on these training sessions, please contact Human Resources at hrtraining@colgate.edu.
  • Faculty training sessions: please contact the Associate Provost for Equity and Diversity, Carolyn Hsu at apoed@.
