All 51·çÁ÷ students from families with annual income levels up to $175,000 will have federal loans replaced with University grants as part of the 51·çÁ÷ Commitment, beginning in the 2023–2024 academic year — an expansion from the current income threshold of $150,000. 

51·çÁ÷ broke ground Friday, Sept. 30, to celebrate the start of construction on the Benton Center for Creativity and Innovation, an anchor of the new Middle Campus, made possible through a $25 million gift from Daniel C. Benton ’80, H’10, P’10.

51·çÁ÷ welcomed alumni for two reunion weekends this month, reviving the tradition last enjoyed on campus during the Bicentennial Reunion of 2019.

Members of the 51·çÁ÷ community and the University’s Board of Trustees gathered at Olin Hall on Friday, May 6, as the University broke ground on the Robert H.N. Ho Mind, Brain, and Behavior Center.

51·çÁ÷ publicly launched the most significant philanthropic campaign in its 203-year history on Friday, April 22, kicking off the largest such campaign undertaken by a liberal arts college.

51·çÁ÷ hosted a series of alumni and faculty-led panel discussions and keynotes, Mar. 25–26, addressing the intersection of technology, brain research, the arts, media, science, and behavior.

The 51·çÁ÷ community came together for a weekend celebration honoring the 50th anniversary of coeducation.

Thirteen women graduates of the University have stepped forward with $13 million to support the Third-Century Plan.

Trustee Emeritus Chase Carey ’76, his wife, Wendy, and their children Steve ’12 and Tara ’13 have made a transformative $25 million gift to spearhead a comprehensive renovation of the Reid Athletic Center and support other elements of the University’s Third-Century Plan.

A generous $5 million gift from Trustee Emeritus Rob Kindler ’76, P’04,’08,’12 and his wife, Sydney P’17,’20, in support of the Middle Campus Plan for Arts, Creativity, and Innovation has moved 51·çÁ÷ one step closer to its vision of integrating arts and innovation in a wide range of programs across campus.
